Oversees close processes, multi-currency consolidations, financial reporting, audits, statutory and tax filings, transfer pricing, internal controls, and tax planning. Manages a distributed international accounting team and partners with Legal, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, and HR to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial operations worldwide.

Coordinate and process payroll across multiple European jurisdictions, especially Belgium and the Nordic countries. Ensure accurate, timely payroll data, transactions, reports, adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and tax levies. Support reconciliations, employee and partner inquiries, audits, dashboards, vendor management, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll providers.

Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across APAC/MEA: own SLAs, escalations, compliance, and controls. Mentor Tier 2 specialists, ensure audit readiness, coordinate cross-functionally (payroll, legal, vendors), drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while resolving complex worker and client issues.
