Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs, support organizing and attending KOL events, act as liaison ensuring professional communication, help manage crisis communications, prepare updates and reports on KOL activity and public sentiment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company at events.

Requires government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory experience, strong stakeholder and commercial skills, vendor and budget management capabilities, and willingness to travel across APAC.

Leads analysis, mining, modeling, and visualization of large-scale transactional, operational, and customer data. Partners with compliance teams to prioritize analytical use cases, support regulatory requirements, improve business efficiency, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. Oversees multidisciplinary analysts, manages stakeholder data requests, assesses business changes, and develops analytical systems using machine learning, big data technologies, and visualization tools.

Support VIP cryptocurrency clients by handling requests, investigating account issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, monitoring trading activity, maintaining client records, and sharing crypto market intelligence. Develop expertise in Binance products including Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn, and OTC while proactively improving client service and team operations.

Manage and drive remediation of compliance issues from audits and regulatory exams. Coordinate with Compliance, Audit, Legal, Product and business teams to implement change management, update policies, prepare exam materials, and report status. Support global and local teams with standardized frameworks, data requests, and presentations to ensure regulatory requirements and controls are met.

Review individual and corporate client onboarding inquiries, conduct KYC/KYB due diligence, assess risks, perform trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence, identify and escalate AML flags, obtain supporting evidence, and coordinate with compliance, product, front-office, and regional stakeholders. Provide customer support through ticketing and live chat while managing workloads, documentation, escalations, training, and knowledge sharing.

Own and optimize Greenhouse and recruiting system operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and process automation. Partner with recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve systems and processes. Independently manage recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation, while providing insights into hiring activity and operational performance.

Lead planning and execution of Binance's flagship global events and mid-sized programmes. Manage end-to-end event logistics (budgeting, production, venues, procurement, registration, onsite operations, post-event reporting), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, improve scalable event processes, and support virtual event delivery. Travel internationally (~30%) and handle multiple concurrent, high-profile projects with strong stakeholder management.
