Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, deployment, configuration, optimization, training, support escalations, and feature adoption. Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams while providing technical guidance, managing cases, communicating releases, and influencing the product roadmap. The role is remotely based in India.
