Lead design and delivery of AI/GenAI solutions for telecom CSPs: prototype development, solution architecture, technology selection, integration, deployment planning, pre-sales support, and team mentoring to drive enterprise-scale AI adoption.

Integrate, design and deploy 4G/5G packet core CNFs (HLD/DLD, integration, ISSU upgrades). Deploy on cloud platforms (NFVI/CNIS/OpenShift), troubleshoot, support data migration, mentor team members, and engage with customers on solutions and delivery.

Provide L2/L3 support for SMAX platform deployed as microservices on Kubernetes/OpenShift. Manage incidents, problems, changes, and requests; resolve tickets within SLA; perform RCA and preventive measures; support CRs, patches, upgrades; integrate SMAX with enterprise tools; work with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka; build reports and optimize SQL; drive automation and platform stability.
