Build C-level relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals and RFPs, mentor a multidisciplinary sales team, and coordinate with product, finance, and operations to deliver large-scale digital transformation solutions.

Lead Level 3 application support for cloud and on-prem Digital Solutions: own incident resolution, perform deep diagnostics and root cause analysis, collaborate with DevOps/Engineering/Product teams to improve platform stability, monitor system health, and enforce IT service delivery processes.
