Design and execute end-to-end automated test strategies for service portals across IP/MPLS networks. Develop Robot Framework test scripts, validate orchestration and automation, troubleshoot issues, integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior QA engineers, and report quality and performance metrics to ensure reliable product releases.

Perform applied R&D to design, validate, and improve Lightspan SW/HW systems. Validate IP and Layer 2/2+ protocols, build automated tests, troubleshoot complex customer environments, collaborate with R&D/product/support, mentor junior engineers, and drive software architecture and feature enhancements including software upgrades and database migrations.

Create customer-focused technical documentation for complex fixed broadband products. Manage documentation schedules, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test, produce web-based content using XML/Asciidoc/Markdown, use Arbortext/Oxygen and graphics tools, follow structured writing, SDLC/DDLC, and align documentation with Agile/DevOps workflows using Jira, Confluence, and content management systems.

Design, configure and support SAP S/4HANA solutions for Sales & Distribution and Customer Service.
