Responsible for driving growth and retention of small-to-medium sized customer accounts, managing relationships, maximizing growth potential, and hunting for new strategic logos. Develops customer development plans, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports sales activities. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience with a Diploma or Degree in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
