Owns end-to-end freight payment processes, coordinating with freight forwarders, validating invoices against contractual rates, tracking payment status, resolving issues, and ensuring timely carrier payments. Reviews transport invoicing performance, prepares weekly payment reports, tracks supply chain KPIs, and leads process improvements to reduce costs and cycle time. Requires logistics experience in import/export operations, cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and supply chain analytics.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable tasks including PO and non-PO invoice processing, vendor communication, month-end AP activities, GRIR reconciliation, aged balance analysis, and reporting. Support P2P process improvements, ensure SOX/compliance adherence, participate in audits, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and stakeholders. Provide helpdesk support and continuously pursue process standardization and personal development.

Lead annual standard costing and ongoing cost monitoring for ISC conversion and inventory. Perform planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting. Deliver region/GBE/SBG-level analytics and recommendations, drive cost improvement initiatives, and implement standardized, automated financial processes while partnering with business and finance stakeholders.
