Maintain, configure and administer servers, applications and network devices for building/airfield control systems. Install, test and commission AGL/CMS and ASMGCS solutions. Manage end-of-life (EOL) component obsolescence and $1.1B annual revenue protection for EMS supply partners. Coordinate lifecycle component management, supplier notifications, last-time buys, pricing negotiations, redesign decisions, and stakeholder approvals. Prioritize procurement quantities, run-out dates, inventory, and cost outcomes. Produce controlled reporting using Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and supply-chain tools. Report to Director Strategic Sourcing and work hybrid from Pune.

Support and execute import/export compliance with emphasis on SEZ and STPI requirements. Manage customs clearance, validate shipping documentation, coordinate with brokers and cross-functional teams, track regulatory changes, support audits, and recommend process improvements to ensure compliant and timely cargo movement.
