Leads the customer experience team, manages performance and escalations, develops service and process improvements, and coordinates with fulfillment, transportation, and technology teams. The role drives customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, issue resolution, and alignment with broader company goals. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and implementing best practices across customer interactions and logistics operations.

Manages regional FTE and contingent workforce planning, headcount tracking, staffing vendor performance, hiring events, HRIS/VMS data, timekeeping audits, reporting, compliance, and labor delivery. Partners with operations leaders, HR teams, staffing vendors, and MSPs to align staffing with demand, resolve workforce and billing issues, maintain supplies, and recommend actions based on workforce trends. The role is primarily site-based with travel to regional facilities.

Oversee B2B fulfillment processes in a distribution center by routing orders, scheduling pickups, closing orders in the WMS, preparing shipping documentation and bills of lading, maintaining partner integrations, resolving inquiries, conducting quality checks, reporting performance, and improving workflows. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations, IT, and finance teams. Manages complex service solutions, customer business reviews, SLAs, documentation, invoice audits, accounts receivable issues, and service improvements. Partners with leadership on business transformation, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Lead implementations and launches for brands across Stord's network, managing systems integrations, SIT/UAT, WMS/OMS deployment, go-live and hypercare. Build SOPs, coordinate cross-functional teams and customers, and implement processes to ensure fulfillment center self-sustainability and profitability.
