Partners with operations, ownership, business development, and executive leadership on performance and investment decisions. Directs finance talent strategy, process improvement, shared services coordination, and organizational accountability while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

Leads accounting activities for hotel transitions and new developments, including due diligence, property setup, bank and merchant account coordination, historical financial data conversion, journal mapping, budgeting, reporting, and transition closeout. Develops training calendars and delivers accounting systems and process training to hotel teams. Coordinates with Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Regional Finance, and property leadership to resolve risks, stabilize operations, and improve transition procedures. Periodic travel to properties is required.
