The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on LLM and AI-agent development, product thinking, technical ownership, and attention to reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Own high-impact product problems across student experience, revenue, and internal operations. Identify and structure problems, design solutions, rapidly prototype using AI tools and APIs, automate workflows, and collaborate with engineering to scale validated solutions. Run experiments, iterate based on measurable outcomes, and progressively own a problem-led roadmap.

Guide students and professionals through consultative admissions conversations, explain programs, address objections, follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and convert prospects into enrollments. Own pipeline, revenue, and enrollment targets while sharing lead-quality insights with marketing. Entry-level and experienced candidates are considered, with senior associates taking on responsibilities faster.
