Leads MSC’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital campaigns, content, website, social media, email, SEO/GEO, thought leadership, events, and partnerships. The role manages owned digital channels, marketing automation, performance dashboards, campaign ROI optimization, stakeholder relationships, and marketing operations. It also leads and develops a marketing team while collaborating with senior leadership, technical teams, business development, regional teams, media, influencers, and external partners to strengthen global brand visibility and support growth.

Leads the full lifecycle of strategic donor proposals, including planning, drafting, editing, quality assurance, compliance, budgeting coordination, and submission. Supervises and mentors junior proposal staff, supports donor and partner research, improves proposal processes, maintains knowledge-management resources, and tracks performance metrics. Collaborates with Finance, HR, Operations, technical teams, and leadership to strengthen business development systems and improve proposal conversion.
