Develop and maintain Salesforce cloud integrations using .NET 8 and C#. Build REST APIs, microservices, batch workflows, job scheduling, and FTP file-handling processes. The role requires deep expertise in hardware and software configuration testing, compatibility testing, manual and automation testing, test planning, execution, and reporting, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementations, configurations, and optimizations across ORC, Redwood, Core HR, and potentially Absence Management. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, prepare functional and testing documentation, support data migration using HDL, HCM Extracts, and FBDI, manage environment setup migrations, collaborate on integrations and reporting, assess quarterly patches, and support UK/EU stakeholders.

Designs, deploys, and manages Microsoft Azure IaaS infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code solutions. Automates deployments using Azure PowerShell and Terraform, troubleshoots cloud issues, improves availability and performance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides technical mentorship, and participates in on-call support.

Configure and support SAP Vistex rebate modules for distributor, vendor, and customer rebate programs. Manage rebate agreements, claims, accruals, settlements, audits, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve rebate processes, maintain data integrity, and optimize revenue opportunities.

Drive inside sales through customer discovery, needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing via phone, chat, and email.
