Manage financial and resource operations for advisory projects by tracking receivables, collections, forecasts, budgets, utilization, staffing, and project performance. Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and operational matrices; analyze financial and capacity data; identify risks and resource constraints; maintain management systems; advise project teams on financial practices; and support process improvements while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
