Lead and support design, adaptation, and delivery of education programs across countries. Manage partner relationships, coordinate internal teams, document learnings, organize trainings, and contribute to fundraising, proposals, and donor reporting. Travel internationally to support program delivery and partner engagement.

Provide centralized executive support to the global leadership team: manage complex shared calendars across time zones, coordinate international travel logistics and expenses, track project deliverables and action items, draft and proofread communications, and serve as primary administrative contact for board and committee meetings.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Pratham's digital learning tools, translating field needs and pedagogical goals into prioritized roadmaps. Write problem statements and solution briefs for AI, analytics, and engineering teams; prototype and run experiments; define metrics and dashboards; champion responsible AI and child data privacy; collaborate with field, program, funders, and measurement teams; travel periodically to implementation sites for research and rollout.
