Manage and validate environmental data in EQuIS, perform data migration and QA/QC, configure EQuIS workflows, develop Power BI dashboards, support project teams and labs, and produce documentation, SOPs, and standardized data management processes.

Responsible for complete and accurate project setup using contract information, managing budget transfers, configuring billing schedules, and executing project close-outs per SLAs and SOPs. Partners with project managers and consultant teams to ensure financial controls, compliance, and timely administration across client projects. Requires shift work aligned to global stakeholders.

Support end-to-end project accounting: set up projects, maintain budgets and billing rates, manage invoicing to meet WIP/DSO goals, review and close projects, resolve variances, and meet KPIs while ensuring policy compliance.

Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting including month-end/quarter/year-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.
