Create and publish 1-2 long-form YouTube videos weekly targeting women 45-64 on fat loss, strength training, hormones/menopause, and mindset. Produce relatable, science-backed, actionable content; mirror successful creator styles; use AI-assisted tools and collaboration platforms; maintain high output and team accountability.
