Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows in ECC/HANA environments. Optimize ABAP performance, analyze existing reports for data extraction, support IDOC/BAPI/RFC/Web Service interfaces and data migration to Incorta, perform testing and reconciliation, document work, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Lead and deliver end-to-end ETL/ELT data pipelines on GCP, using DBT for transformations. Design data architecture (especially marketing data), ensure quality, cost-efficiency, monitoring and security. Manage and mentor a team, drive code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and orchestration (Airflow/Cloud Composer). Collaborate with product, analysts, and data scientists to meet requirements and improve pipeline reliability and performance.

Lead and oversee all IT operations including servers, networking, security and infrastructure. Develop IT policies, analyze departmental technology needs, manage procurement and budgets, supervise IT teams, and liaise with vendors to ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
