Lead brand and creative design across visual identity, websites, campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, events, and digital experiences. Develop high-fidelity Figma designs, responsive layouts, design systems, templates, and visual storytelling. Translate complex enterprise AI concepts into compelling communications while managing production, external partners, workflows, and quality standards. The role is hands-on and includes shaping Freehand’s creative function as the company grows.

Own and scale full-funnel performance marketing and ABM for enterprise buyers: run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, industry channels), build attribution and pipeline reporting, run experimentation, optimize website/landing conversions, support events, and maintain the martech stack to drive measurable pipeline and ROI.

The role involves researching target accounts, executing outbound sequences, qualifying inbound interest, and collaborating with AEs to engage potential clients. Requires effective communication and adaptability in a remote setup.
