Serve as the technical lead for refractory products in the glass segment: support product selection, installation, trials, troubleshooting, performance analysis, liaise with OEMs, drive product improvements, support bids, and train customers and internal teams.

Manage customer portfolio by geography, drive sales growth and profitability, negotiate and administer contracts, forecast sales, introduce products, collaborate with technical and support functions, gather market intelligence, and maintain CRM records. Role includes ~50% travel.
