Provide first-line support for MyQuest/QUESTApp/MQOPS and other digital platforms: troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, perform UAT, maintain documentation, deliver trainings, coordinate with Product/QA/Engineering, and support field implementations.

The role involves engaging with industry to strengthen pathways for learners, improve training relevance, and design effective employer interactions, while managing strategic partnerships and enhancing institutional systems for better transitions.

Support program implementation by generating and disseminating data-driven insights; develop reporting tools; conduct field monitoring visits; ensure data quality and manage qualitative analysis; produce reports and case studies; provide training and technical assistance on monitoring and data collection; support analytics team.
