Convert ad-hoc programme components into repeatable, scalable products with defined scope and playbooks. Design and productize community, alumni engagement, and sector-focused sprint offerings. Build provider networks, validate demand analytically, and apply structured consulting problem-solving to ambiguous programme design challenges.

The Outcomes Analyst will measure and improve program outcomes by analyzing data from various programs and generating actionable insights to enhance program delivery and impact.
