Manage internal revenue operations, pre-sales contract and deal desk processes, and light HubSpot administration. Serve as legal tech SME in client meetings, test and improve AI legal tools, train global teams, and handle in-house client/supplier contracts, compliance, and corporate governance (20%).

Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders: manage calendars, complex global travel, high-profile communications, confidential personal and financial tasks, anticipate needs, make independent decisions, and liaise with global executives to protect and optimize executive time.
