Build BigHappy's first test automation practice: design a framework-first, AI-augmented testing strategy across backend (Go) and frontend (React), integrate tests into AWS CI/CD, embed testability in dev cycles, perform targeted exploratory testing, define quality metrics, and advocate for quality across engineering.

Own and operate India office IT and network infrastructure, lead greenfield office setup and relocation planning, manage endpoints, networks, physical security, vendor relationships, and creative workstation/NAS provisioning, and build scalable IT processes for headcount growth.
