Lead and manage CSA-related data centre projects from design through construction and commissioning. Establish governance, produce detailed project plans, control change, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate consultants and contractors, ensure compliance with standards and codes, prepare reports, and maintain client relationships while improving project management processes and quality.

Lead qualitative and quantitative project risk management across large CAPEX energy, mining, renewables, and infrastructure projects. Facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, perform cost and schedule risk analyses (CSRA), integrate outputs into project controls and estimates, prepare risk reports, and improve risk tools and data libraries.

Manage contract administration, commercial claims, procurement, and risk for large data centre and mission-critical construction projects. Administer FIDIC/NEC contracts, assess variations and EOTs, support procurement of MEP and specialist packages, and liaise with project stakeholders to mitigate commercial risk and resolve disputes.

Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets, control project costs across the lifecycle, analyze cost variances, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance, and stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure delivery within approved budgets.
