Manage project documentation lifecycle: receive, process, distribute, organize, store, retrieve and dispose of records. Support project teams, vendors and clients; enforce document control processes and standards; coordinate reviews, escalate issues, ensure quality and compliance, and promote continuous improvement.

Lead procurement and supply chain activities for project packages, develop tendering and procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships and PO execution, track supply schedules, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to deliver project scope on time, cost, and quality targets.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of corporate real estate and workplace refurbishment programs across APAC, managing budgets, schedules, contractors, compliance, procurement, stakeholder reporting, and mentoring project teams.

Provide HR operations support across the Asia region, including onboarding, employment letters, benefits registration, employee records (P-files), background checks, visa support, payroll instruction preparation, probation and contract management, employee inquiries, and process improvements while partnering with business leaders.

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in the region. Develop business cases, project execution documents and schedules. Mobilise projects, train and hand over to Project Managers, enforce governance and assurance, manage reporting, risks, issues and stakeholder engagement, and ensure documentation is stored in the common data environment.
