Lead planning and scheduling for large construction/data center projects. Develop and integrate WBS/CBS, maintain master schedules, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, track deviations, produce progress reports, and coordinate schedule inputs across contractors and project teams.

Manage electrical construction projects from concept to handover, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, on-site installations, testing and commissioning of LT/MV panels, transformers, earthing and LPS. Lead bid management for Turner & Townsend India: drive proposal strategy, run go/no-go decisions, mobilise stakeholders, produce and/or edit tender responses, ensure compliance with bid governance and brand, support BD activities (research, interview coaching), report on pipeline and maintain bid content libraries.
