Manage and implement QA/QC systems for semiconductor construction projects: review designs, audit contractors, verify QA/QC execution, track NCRs, support mock-ups, commissioning, root-cause analysis, training, and continuous improvement.

Manage commercial and contractual administration of EPC contracts during engineering, procurement, and fabrication. Serve as primary contractual interface with EPC contractor, oversee obligations, changes, claims, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration. Produce contract reports, risk registers, and executive decision papers.

Manage day-to-day administration of EPC contracts including notices, correspondence, change orders, claims, and deliverables. Maintain contract registers, document control systems, compliance reporting, and contractor performance monitoring. Coordinate with project, commercial, legal, and contractor stakeholders and prepare monthly contract administration and status reports.

Lead delivery of an integrated digital project controls service for engineering execution on large LNG/energy megaprojects. Establish a single source of truth for schedule, cost, progress, risk and engineering metrics; monitor fabrication progress and interfaces; validate contractor forecasts; identify and escalate risks; and drive digital transformation using automation and AI-enabled reporting.
