Support the Asia Controllership team by preparing financial reports and KPI consolidations, assisting with accounting database setup in D365 ERP, organizing data for management and statutory reports, and handling ad hoc finance tasks.

Manage and monitor MEP works for base build and interior fit-out projects, coordinating resources, overseeing quality, H&S, procurement, commissioning, stakeholder communication, reporting, and project close-out.

Support project planning and scheduling activities including WBS/CBS coordination, schedule integration and QA, progress and variance analysis, critical path and risk analysis, reporting, and contractor schedule management to deliver integrated project schedules and status reports.

Configure and maintain pan-India construction projects on the internal Wrench platform: create WBS using MSP, set up project schedules, review scope and audits, identify risks and deviations, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with vendors and tech teams, and maintain accurate documentation and communications.

Implement and manage project planning and scheduling: develop WBS/CBS, integrate contractor schedules, perform critical path and schedule risk analysis, track progress, analyse baseline variances and change impacts, prepare monthly and bespoke reports, and provide schedule QA and coordination across project teams.

Assist in managing additions and alterations (A&A) within a mall, including shop subdivisions/combinations, retailer fit-outs, base-build MEP modifications, duplex creation, and front-of-house mall changes. Support delivery of small retail projects, coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and clients to meet retailer requirements.

Lead commercial strategy and contract management for large infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects across Asia. Develop contract playbooks, negotiate large EPC/EPCM and O&M agreements, manage budgets, claims and disputes, enforce risk allocation (FIDIC/NEC/local forms), and mentor commercial teams to protect margins and ensure delivery success.

Support the Procurement Lead and global procurement team to create rate contracts for India projects. Tasks include procurement management, market analysis, issuing RFP/RFQs, vendor management, contract administration, and compliance and risk oversight.

Lead and implement project controls across cost, schedule, cashflow, risk, change and reporting. Maintain governance, perform cost control tasks, support planning and risk workshops, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement and estimating, ensure QA of controls deliverables, onboard third‑party teams, and contribute to lessons learned.

Manage MEP scope on fit-out and base-build projects: monitor works, schedule and coordinate resources, produce progress reports, manage stakeholders, ensure on-site health & safety, perform QA/QC, handle procurement and change control, oversee commissioning, and close out MEP documentation.
