Lead regional implementation and adoption of Microsoft D365 across operational areas, liaise with deployment teams and stakeholders, drive change management, ensure data validation, and build a network of regional change champions for continuous improvement.

Manage setup, testing, and start-up of HVAC, piping, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and firefighting systems; monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; liaise with suppliers and contractors; prepare quality documentation and as-built drawings; conduct HSE risk assessments and site audits.

Lead execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, compliance, and schedule. Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams; manage master and short-term programmes, procurement for consultants, inspections, reporting, and documentation. Mentor junior staff, run stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, and produce project reports using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Lead bid management for Turner & Townsend India: drive proposal strategy, run go/no-go decisions, mobilise stakeholders, produce and/or edit tender responses, ensure compliance with bid governance and brand, support BD activities (research, interview coaching), report on pipeline and maintain bid content libraries.
