Lead advisory for client representation and contract management on large EPC projects. Oversee Primavera P6 scheduling, technical and construction governance, procurement/logistics reviews, progress monitoring and reporting, contract administration (variations, claims, payment certification), risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technical, commercial, and contractual compliance.
