Lead backend engineering for NIRA’s consumer credit platform, scaling infrastructure, expanding support for financial products, and improving credit decision systems. Collaborate with engineering teams across APAC and with product, finance, compliance, support, and analytics stakeholders. Own technical solutions end to end in an AWS-native environment while contributing to platform and product strategy.

Lead technical direction and delivery for a core NIRA backend domain: design and ship high-volume web APIs, own architecture for distributed and queue-based systems, drive complex initiatives, mentor engineers, lead incident response, champion AI dev tools, and align cross-functionally to simplify systems and influence roadmap.
