Own and build SigNoz’s finance function across controllership, multi-entity accounting, compliance, FP&A, treasury, gross-margin analysis, and financial systems. The role includes monthly close, revenue recognition, audits, collections, US-India consolidation, Indian statutory filings, cloud-cost analysis, forecasting, cash management, and finance-team development. This remote-first position reports to the CEO and requires hands-on execution in a fast-growing SaaS company with usage-based infrastructure economics.

Provide customer-facing DevOps and platform engineering support: debug OpenTelemetry instrumentation, optimize ClickHouse, troubleshoot Kubernetes, design observability solutions, build tooling and automation, engage the open-source community, and establish scalable customer engineering processes.

Design and deliver data-rich, production-ready UX for an open-source observability platform. Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to shipped features, create component-based patterns and design system work, prototype rapidly (including AI-assisted workflows), and engage customers to validate workflows for developer and SRE audiences.

Build the AI layer for SigNoz: implement agent orchestration, long-running execution, streaming APIs (SSE), and MCP server integrations to expose observability data to LLM agents. Ship production LLM features, design scalable distributed backends in Go and async Python, and drive projects end-to-end in a remote-first environment.

Own and build large, data-intensive frontend features for an observability platform using React and TypeScript. Design complex workflows across dashboards, traces, logs, metrics, and alerts; optimize UI performance with virtualization, caching, and selective rendering; profile slow interactions; contribute to frontend architecture, design system, and cross-functional product decisions.

Build and run a demand generation engine: set pipeline targets, run paid and outbound programs, hire and lead paid-digital and SDR teams, use open-source signals to target accounts, own funnel reporting and attribution, iterate positioning and creative, and drive pipeline quality with sales.

Build data integrations and tooling that combine CRM, product telemetry, support, billing, and other signals to provide GTM teams with context, automation, and real-time augmentation. Enable account prioritization, allocation, and funnel conversion tracking to increase revenue and save time across sales, marketing, growth, and customer success.

Own reliability, scalability, and operability of a petabyte-scale observability SaaS. Improve SLOs/SLIs, incident response, and on-call practices; scale and tune ingest pipelines and ClickHouse; manage Kubernetes clusters, autoscaling, multi-tenancy, and upgrades; build infra-as-code, CI/CD, capacity planning, and observability for the platform.

Seeking exceptional engineers who ship quickly and well, own mission-critical systems, fix production-scale problems, and drive technical decisions. Must have proven experience scaling systems during hyper-growth, strong judgment on tradeoffs, and a bias for ownership. Remote-first role focused on open-source observability.

Build and scale SigNoz's alerting features and integrations. Design and implement APIs and backend services in Go, ensure reliability for thousands of alerts, and drive end-to-end delivery while collaborating in a remote, high-ownership team.
