Support renewal sales and contract execution for an assigned region: prepare quotes and contracts in CRM/ERP, manage invoicing and documentation, maintain Salesforce data quality, generate renewal reports and analyses, provide first-level customer support on agreements, coordinate stakeholders, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Advise editorial teams on contract negotiation, rights management, research integrity, and publishing ethics for Books and Proceedings. Lead investigations using COPE guidelines, develop training and educational materials, support tooling specifications for misconduct detection, and communicate contractual policies to external stakeholders.
