Set the catalog-to-cash strategy, manage and develop Product Managers, and own roadmaps spanning product information, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and accounting. Drive platform coherence, measurable growth, reliability, and merchant adoption while partnering with engineering, design, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Own measurement and reporting for an AI product portfolio. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve transaction success, authorization rates, provider coverage, developer experience, and platform reliability using payments data and measurable outcomes.

Build and own full-stack product features from requirements through deployment. Develop accessible React and TypeScript interfaces, scalable Node.js and Express backend services, APIs, and data models. Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams, use analytics to measure outcomes, maintain code quality through testing and documentation, and improve engineering processes, technical debt, and user experience.

Own revenue operations analytics, reporting, attribution, process design, pipeline management, and workflow automation for a designated revenue segment. Build dashboards, track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, develop business cases, execute initiatives, troubleshoot systems, and partner with leadership on performance and change management.

Own the strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s Custom Objects and CRM data platform. Define scalable entities, relationships, permissions, APIs, integrations, and data capabilities across workflows, reporting, AI, and other products. Partner with Engineering and Architecture on data modeling, scalability, performance, integrity, and platform extensibility. Lead discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration while aligning cross-functional teams and measuring customer and platform outcomes.

Own the CRM Opportunities backend end to end, designing scalable data models, APIs, distributed workflows, event-driven systems, and background jobs. Improve performance and reliability for high-volume, multi-tenant SaaS workloads through indexing, sharding, caching, and query optimization. Build occasional Vue.js UI features, instrument production systems, and lead incident response and postmortems. Translate ambiguous customer and business needs into reliable production services with strong data correctness and operational excellence.

Leads HighLevel’s product adoption strategy across customer segments and product capabilities. Analyzes funnels, cohorts, feature usage, customer journeys, retention, and churn to identify adoption barriers and prioritize opportunities. Influences product roadmaps, develops adoption metrics and business cases, and drives cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue. Builds feedback loops and operating models to improve activation, engagement, time-to-value, retention, expansion, and customer value.

Principal-level backend engineering role leading architecture and reliability for a global payments and commerce platform. Responsibilities include designing multi-tenant distributed services, payment orchestration, ledgers, reconciliation, APIs, schemas, observability, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and production operations. The role establishes engineering standards, mentors teams, supports hiring, drives technical strategy, and partners cross-functionally.
