Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for HighLevel’s LeadGen portfolio, including forms, surveys, quizzes, QR codes, chat widgets, and external tracking. Drive cohesive customer experiences, lead capture, attribution, analytics, AI-assisted creation, integrations, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to improve adoption, conversion, lead quality, engagement, and retention. Support discovery, prioritization, launches, pricing, positioning, onboarding, and measurable product outcomes.

Build and scale full-stack systems for agency signup, onboarding, account management, and platform billing. Build and maintain CRM automations, track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, develop business cases, execute strategic initiatives, and communicate insights to leadership. The role also supports onboarding, training, change management, troubleshooting, and ad hoc analysis while operating independently in ambiguous situations.

Build and own scalable frontend features for a CRM Tasks product using Vue.js and TypeScript/JavaScript. Responsibilities include translating requirements into maintainable interfaces, integrating REST APIs, managing complex UI states, improving performance and Core Web Vitals, writing automated tests, debugging production issues, and collaborating with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
