Administer Darwinbox and related payroll integrations, improve automation, resolve system issues, and ensure accurate, timely payments. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Total Rewards, and external providers while maintaining compliance with Indian and UAE labor, tax, social security, and SOX requirements.

Own the CRM Tasks product end to end by translating requirements into scalable frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows. Prototype, validate, ship, monitor, and improve production features independently while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. The role uses Vue.js, Node.js, and Go, with emphasis on full product ownership, rapid iteration, and sound engineering trade-offs.

Six-month remote apprenticeship supporting commercial contract management and legal operations. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting vendor and go-to-market agreements, analyzing redlines, tracking contract terms and deadlines, conducting legal and compliance research, maintaining Ironclad records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role provides practical exposure to SaaS transactions, contract lifecycle management, risk identification, and legal process improvement.

Responsibilities include designing Node.js and Go microservices, optimizing SQL and NoSQL data layers, building queueing, caching, and rate-limiting systems, instrumenting production services, resolving incidents, writing design documents and tests, and mentoring engineers. The role focuses on distributed systems, reliability, scalability, and AI-assisted engineering.

Own the end-to-end payments adoption and monetization strategy, including partner incentive programs, product surfaces, unit economics, experimentation, lifecycle growth, and commercial partnerships. Manage adoption targets, program budgets, contribution margins, fraud controls, and performance reporting while partnering with Analytics, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to scale payments across HighLevel’s agency ecosystem.
