The Vizrt Technical Specialist will provide technical leadership, manage deployments, create documentation, and ensure operational standards in broadcast graphics solutions projects.

Provide expert technical support and proactive system validation for Vizrt customers, troubleshoot Flowics and broadcast/streaming workflows, perform audits and training follow-ups, document cases in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor the support team to improve customer outcomes.
