Lead the B2B commercial and industrial sales vertical, owning ₹50Cr+ annual revenue targets and enterprise relationships. Develop market expansion strategies, engage CXO-level stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and oversee solar project delivery from contract through installation and after-sales service. Build scalable, data-driven sales processes using CRM, analytics, and automation tools. Monitor solar industry trends, improve pricing and positioning, resolve execution bottlenecks, and mentor junior sales professionals.

Engage potential customers through face-to-face outreach, explain residential solar offerings, generate and convert leads, collect customer feedback, and support local events and campaigns.
