Lead large-scale government and public sector IT/infrastructure projects end-to-end: provide strategic direction, manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensure governance, risk and financial control, drive digital transformation, and deliver projects on scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

Lead implementation and operations of the HIMP platform across large infrastructure projects. Implement architectures designed by technical leads, orchestrate and optimize APIs, write and tune SQL queries, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and independently deliver scalable, maintainable solutions with minimal supervision.

Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting for IBM z/OS networking and mainframe environments. Support Communication Server, VTAM, TCP/IP, file transfer, messaging, printing, email, middleware connectivity, and JES2 operations. Develop automation, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and auditing tools using REXX, CLIST, or SAS. Collaborate with enterprise network and security teams on implementations, upgrades, modernization, disaster recovery, and application connectivity issues.

Lead migration of on-premises Informatica Axon, EDC, and IDQ artifacts to the Informatica IDMC cloud (CDGC/CDQ). Perform assessments, execute tooling-assisted and manual migrations, translate IDQ rules to CDQ, embed CDQ in CDI mappings, validate via UAT, provide post-deployment hyper-care, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Malaysia and APAC: source and build talent pipelines, engage candidates, partner with hiring managers on interview plans, manage offers, and meet hiring targets. Support technical and non-technical hiring across time zones and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Contract role for a Mainframe z/OS expert (remote, India) with 10+ years experience. Responsibilities include deep z/OS internals knowledge, catalog management, USS/OMVS and USS security, z/OS and ISV software installations, advanced functional and performance testing, troubleshooting, and programming in REXX and Python.
