Design scalable, secure, high-performance data-rich systems; guide engineering delivery, perform design reviews, maintain architecture artifacts, enable teams, drive proofs-of-concept, and promote AI-assisted tooling and governance.

Lead and mentor a software development team in an agile SaaS environment. Define team roadmap with Product and Architecture, drive delivery quality, mitigate development risks, recruit and grow developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster continuous improvement and an inclusive culture.

Own test planning and execution for Power BI dashboards, data pipelines and APIs. Develop and maintain automated UI, API, and data validation tests (Playwright, Rest-Assured).
