Maintain templates, policies, and compliance documentation; monitor global legislative changes; support cross-border hiring, terminations, benefits, and immigration issues; liaise with outside counsel; contribute to product design and strategic initiatives; drive process improvements and automation (including AI tools) to scale employment compliance globally.
