Develop strategic customer and channel relationships, support business planning, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with sales governance. The role requires strong commercial planning, leadership, stakeholder management, geographic sales scaling, and experience in battery, EV battery, or lithium battery industries.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies, lead Area Sales Managers and field teams, achieve revenue and profitability targets, expand dealer and distribution networks, manage distributor and enterprise relationships, analyze sales performance, improve collections and inventory movement, and support market expansion and product launches.

Support and troubleshoot production GCP data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads. Diagnose failures, latency, performance, and configuration issues; optimize pipelines for reliability and faster refreshes; support platform upgrades and compliance; and collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and application teams. The role requires hands-on GCP, SQL, Python, BigQuery, Spanner, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, IAM, monitoring, logging, and production support experience.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles across India, sourcing via portals and LinkedIn, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, building talent pipelines for Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, SCM and Last Mile, handling offers and joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports to meet TATs.

Drive B2B growth by building partnerships with commercial EV operators, 3PLs, e-commerce and food/grocery delivery platforms. Pitch battery leasing/subscription models, negotiate enterprise contracts, manage end-to-end sales cycles, conduct on-site consultative visits, expand territory across Rajasthan and Haryana, and align periodically with Gurgaon HQ.

Drive B2B sales of battery leasing/subscription solutions to commercial EV operators, 3PLs, e-commerce and delivery platforms. Build territory pipeline across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, perform on-site consultative selling, negotiate enterprise contracts, close deals, manage onboarding, and coordinate with Gurgaon HQ for reviews and strategy.
