Own state-level P&L, sales performance, strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. Lead regional, area, and territory sales managers while building dealer and distribution networks. Monitor forecasting, collections, profitability, dashboards, and KPIs. Develop strategic customer and channel relationships, support business planning, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with sales governance. The role requires strong commercial planning, leadership, stakeholder management, geographic sales scaling, and experience in battery, EV battery, or lithium battery industries.

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategy
• Lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers
• Build a robust dealer and distribution network
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion

Requirements
