Act as a change agent to promote user adoption of new IT tools and processes, providing
training and support to stakeholders.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
across business and support functions.
Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience working at the intersection of business, operations, and
technology, including CRM platform management (preferably Zoho CRM), project/vendor
coordination, and data analytics.
Strong business and operational acumen, with the ability to understand business goals and
translate them into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
Proven expertise in product enhancement, deployment, and IT change management.
Proficient in Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting
tools.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience automating data workflows and improving system integrations.
Hands-on experience leading tools and platform rollouts, including planning, stakeholder
alignment, and post-launch adoption.
Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, with an interest in applying them to improve
business, operations, and reporting processes.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively
across business, operations, and technology teams.
