Requirements
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items arising from meetings and discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and summaries to support decision-making and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, schools, partners, and vendors for follow-ups and task execution.
- Support the preparation and sharing of presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Assist in scheduling webinars, workshops, meetings, and institutional engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications as required.
- Ensure smooth documentation and information flow across departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in:
