Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes; prepare management accounts, variance analyses, executive reporting, audit schedules, and reconciliations. Serve as the liaison for internal and external auditors, manage SAP FICO accounting activities, support telecom revenue recognition and intercompany settlements, and ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS, internal controls, and telecom regulations.

Acts as the bridge between business, operations, and technology teams, translating requirements into technology and process solutions. Leads project and vendor management, CRM and platform enhancements, IT change management, tool rollouts, training, and user adoption. Oversees data governance, reporting quality, workflow automation, system integrations, and continuous process improvement. Partners with stakeholders and leadership to improve operational efficiency and deliver technology-enabled solutions.

Lead government sales across Central and State Government departments, PSUs, and institutions. Own sales strategy, pipeline, revenue targets, and end-to-end tender-led opportunities, including bidding, negotiation, and closure. Build senior stakeholder relationships and partnerships with systems integrators, consultants, and channel partners. Monitor procurement budgets and opportunities, develop winning proposals with internal teams, and support successful execution.
