Manage end-to-end recruitment across industries: source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen and interview, coordinate client interviews, maintain candidate databases and trackers, follow up for feedback, assist with offers and onboarding, and build talent pipelines to close positions on deadline.

Lead AI R&D: design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML and deep learning solutions for structured and unstructured data in BFSI product areas. Manage technical teams, mentor staff, integrate AI into products, ensure model scalability and production-readiness, and monitor AI trends and methodologies.

Develop and manage corporate and foundation donor pipelines, lead end-to-end fundraising (outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closure), secure and renew CSR partnerships, maintain donor relationships, track pipeline/conversions, build reporting systems, and recruit and lead a small fundraising team with targets and performance monitoring.
