Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, performance management, and culture building. Design competency frameworks, learning initiatives, and emotional intelligence programs. Build talent pipelines, support managers in coaching, and create scalable HR systems to develop high-performance teams.

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain counselling, study-abroad and career services; manage and update leads, conduct follow-ups, nurture relationships, and drive bookings and enrollments to meet targets.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder: manage calendar, meetings, follow-ups, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and prepare presentations and reports while handling confidential information.
