Own Dentalkart’s retention and lifecycle marketing function, driving repeat purchases, cohort retention, customer lifetime value, and LTV-to-CAC. Build and optimize onboarding, replenishment, reactivation, and win-back journeys across email, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, and push. Segment B2B and consumer customers, recover funnel drop-offs, establish retention metrics, and partner with merchandising and category teams to increase revenue and customer value.

Lead DentalKart’s end-to-end UX/UI design function across web and mobile products. Define the design vision and scalable design system, improve journeys such as search, product pages, cart, checkout, and onboarding, and conduct user research and usability testing. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership; mentor the design team; maintain quality standards; and use AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.

Leads and mentors full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with scalable web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled application development. Owns architecture through deployment, builds CI/CD pipelines, integrates LLM and RAG capabilities, and ensures application security, performance, availability, and reliability. Responsibilities also include code review, engineering standards, cloud optimization, production monitoring, troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of business-critical features.
