Manages courier and 3PL partners, delivery performance, freight costs, returns, reconciliation, logistics platforms, dashboards, and process improvements. Collaborates with warehouse, customer experience, finance, and operations teams while leading and developing the logistics team.
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end outbound and reverse logistics operations across Dentalkart's ful fil ment network. The role is responsible for courier and 3PL management, freight cost optimization, delivery performance, returns management, and logistics process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in managing large-scale e-commerce logistics operations.
