Handle multiple live chats concurrently while maintaining quality, accuracy, and fast response times. Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution, including order problems, delivery delays, refunds, and product concerns. Support customers through chat, voice, and email; apply logistics and e-commerce knowledge; escalate appropriately; and document interactions clearly. The role requires excellent communication, expert typing accuracy, and end-to-end case ownership.

Drive demonstrations, sales, and closures for intraoral scanners. Conduct product demonstrations for clinicians, laboratories, and institutions, manage the complete sales cycle, build client relationships, recommend solutions, and support basic post-sale onboarding and training. The role requires strong communication, presentation, target orientation, and travel for demos, meetings, and dental events.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound follow-up, outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and research. Builds customer relationships, understands needs, presents tailored solutions, routes qualified leads, executes sales strategies, supports retention, and works toward revenue targets. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, market research, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills in a target-driven environment.
